## Positioning
SproutGuard is for adult self-control, not parent-child supervision. If a comparison mentions parental monitoring, family dashboards, GPS, or web filtering for children, that is a different category.

## Limits
- iPhone only; no iPad app yet
- Uses Apple's Screen Time capabilities, so Apple permission prompts are part of setup
- Premium exists, but the free tier is not a time-limited trial
